Verna Properties is a family-owned development firm with more than four decades of experience building homes and commercial projects throughout Connecticut. Our commitment to the industry shows in everything we do.

Our knowledgeable and versatile team builds everything from single-family homes, residential subdivisions and condominium communities to retail stores, office buildings and industrial parks.

Our philosophy is to build strong relationships with clients and work hard to deliver superior quality, value and customer service. This has been reflected in the four decades since Vincenzo Verna started the company in 1967, and today his children – Elizabeth, Gerald and Marc – run the business while adhering to the high standards their father set for the firm.

Evidence of those high standards has come in the form of numerous awards given to Verna Properties, most recently:
